Full dissertations are not eligible for consideration. If your accepted APM presentation was based on some aspect of your dissertation, you may submit a paper based on your dissertation.
No. Only scholarly papers based on presentations accepted for the 2016 CSWE APM that fit the purpose of this award will be considered.

Yes - your scholarly paper can be associated with any type of accepted 2016 APM presentation format (e.g., Panel, Interactive Poster, Oral Presentation, Faculty Development Institute, Partnership Presentation, etc.).
No; the purpose of the SOGIE Scholarship Award is to recognize scholarship that addresses LGBT issues and contributions made in this area.
Papers authored by any recipients of the SOGIE (previously known as SOGE) Scholarship Award within the last 3 years will not be considered for the award. For example, to be eligible for the 2016 SOGIE award, none of the authors on the paper submitted for consideration for the 2016 award can be among the winners of the award for the three previous award cycles: 2015, 2014, or 2013.
Yes. The three year moratorium restricting previous winners from submitting a manuscript for consideration for the SOGIE Scholarship Award applies only to the authors who won the award, not to authors who received an honorable mention.

Reviewers consist of members of the Council on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity and Expression (CSOGIE).

Winners will be notified by early July. Biographical information and photos of the winners will appear on the CSWE website and may be included in the APM final program, if space permits.
The recipient(s) will be asked to attend and will receive the award at the LGBT Caucus/CSOGIE Reception at the 2016 CSWE APM in Atlanta, GA. At least one author of the paper must agree to attend the award presentation.
