JSWE Moves to Online/Print-on-Demand Model

A change is coming for the Journal of Social Work Education (JSWE). Beginning with volume 52 (January 2016), CSWE and the journal’s publisher, Routledge/Taylor & Francis, will transition JSWE to an online access/print-on-demand model. With this change, CSWE members will choose whether they want to purchase printed copies of JSWE.

CSWE members will retain access to the full-text, searchable electronic JSWE as a benefit of membership. Members who also want printed copies have the option of purchasing a print subscription to JSWE from Taylor & Francis for the special rate of $20 per volume year (which includes four regular issues and any special issues).

Available via computer or mobile devices (including iPhone, Android, and Kindle), the electronic JSWE is the most flexible way to access and search the more than 50 years of important scholarship in the field of social work education published in JSWE. Electronic access also supports CSWE’s goal of environmental responsibility in its products and programs.

To subscribe to the print JSWE, contact Taylor & Francis at 1-800-354-1420 and press “4” or go to customer.service@taylorandfrancis.com. Members outside the United States should contact the Taylor & Francis United Kingdom office at +44 (0)20 7017 5543 or societies@tandf.co.uk.
