CSWE’s Annual Program Meeting (APM) is the place where social work education influencers collaborate, learn, teach, and grow. The 65th APM will be held October 24–27, 2019, at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel in Denver, Colorado. Nominate a colleague or mentor who exemplifies Carl A. Scott’s dedication to diversity in social work education to be the 2019 Carl A. Scott Memorial lecturer. In keeping with the tradition of the lecture series, nominees should be individuals who contribute to the development of knowledge, practice, and service effectiveness designed to promote diversity and social and economic justice and further community and individual well-being. Hokenstad International Lecture

Consider nominating an international colleague who has advanced our global awareness and vision of social work education to be the 2019 Hokenstad International lecturer. The lecturer is selected based on the nominee’s body of scholarly work that enhances and complements the work of the Katherine A. Kendall Institute for International Social Work and the work of CSWE’s Commission on Global Social Work Education. Learn more here

Each lecturer selected will receive complimentary APM registration, airfare and transportation, a 2-night hotel stay, and a $1,000 speaking honorarium.
