Futures Task Force
Before we could plan for the future of CSWE, we needed to envision the future of the professional that we are preparing students to enter.
The Futures Task Force engaged in a year-long process of deep thinking about the future of the social work profession, including discussions with CSWE members, volunteers, Board of Directors, staff, and other stakeholders within and outside the profession. The Task Force process and report lays a foundation for a new organizational strategic plan that is now being developed. The Task Force report can be found here: Envisioning the Future of Social Work: Report of the CSWE Futures Task Force.
