2021 National Field Instructor Training Repository (N-FIT)
The CSWE Council on Field Education developed the 2021 National Field Instructor Training Repository, an archive of sample field instructor training materials to assist field directors in offering excellent training to their field instructors. The repository is organized into 10 folders including orientation to the role; justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in supervision; developing the learning agreement; navigating challenges; trauma-informed field instruction; and principles of competency-based evaluation. Each folder contains sample agenda, PowerPoint slides, handouts, key readings, and supplemental materials.
