Natalie Gayles, MSW is the Centers and Volunteers Specialist at the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). In this role she primarily supports various projects involving the Katherine A. Kendall Institute for International Social Work and the Center for Diversity and Social & Economic Justice. Prior to joining CSWE, Natalie was a Professional Development Associate at the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). As a Professional Development Associate, Natalie worked on processing NASW credentialing applications.She received her MSW from Howard University’s School of Social Work and holds a BA in Sociology from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles. Passionate about advocating for social justice and marginalized communities, Natalie believes that social work is the ideal field to fulfill her professional aspirations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and dogs, catching up on a good show, and visiting the beach—as a true Southern Californian at heart.
