Tajuana Smith, MBA, is the Human Resources Business Partner at CSWE. Tajuana has more than 7 years of experience working as an HR professional in various roles with her most recent role serving as the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Alexandria Transit Company (DASH). Tajuana has an unwavering passion for human resources and providing support to others, which prompted her interest in serving as the HR professional for an organization such as CSWE. She obtained her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Strayer University. Additionally, she also obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Music with a concentration in voice from Virginia State University. In her spare time Tajuana enjoys singing (mostly at karaoke) and spending time with her children and partner.
