Tyleshia earned her Baccalaureate (BSW) with a minor in African American Studies and Master’s (MSW) of Social Work from Winthrop University in South Carolina. Currently, Tyleshia volunteers with Postpartum Support International (PSI) as a Group facilitator and serves as the Advocacy Chair for the South Carolina Chapter of the organization. As a licensed clinician, she works with new parents who are directly and indirectly affected by Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. When she’s not busy “being the change…”, Tyleshia enjoys musical theater, baking and cooking, and spending time with her husband, two children, and other loved ones.
