Digital Advertising

Reserve a digital rotating advertisement on 55-inch, flat screen monitors in four high-traffic locations in the conference space.

  • $1,000 (if you are not advertising in the Final Program)
  • Add a digital advertisement to the Preliminary and/or Final Program ad you’ve already purchased 
    • $200 (CSWE program or individual members)
    • $400 (nonmembers) 

Please note the digital advertisement artwork must be submitted as a 7" h x 13" w JPEG or PNG file at 300 dpi, and all artwork is subject to CSWE approval. The artwork should be sent to Malcolm Randall by August 20.

Skybridge Ads — New offering!

The Downtown Denver Sheraton Hotel has two buildings connected by a beautiful skybridge, which will be a main thoroughfare for APM participants. There are a limited number of advertisement spaces along the skybridge for $1,700 each (30¼’’ wide x 54 ¾’’ tall).

Advertising Deadlines & Specifications

Advertising artwork is accepted in PDF (preferred) or JPG (300 ppi resolution or higher) formats. Please review the mobile app specifications below if you'd like your ad to appear in the APM mobile app. Send all final ad artwork to Malcolm Randall by the following deadlines:

  • Wednesday, May 1—Preliminary Program artwork due 
  • Tuesday, August 20—Final Program artwork due 

Specifications

Acceptable File Formats 

  •  PDF (preferred) – Must be press-ready (PDF/X-1A or PDF/X-4-compliant; 300 ppi or higher; cmyk; all fonts must be embedded or converted to outline/vector)
  • JPG – Must be 300 ppi (or higher resolution) and cmyk 

Ad Dimensions & Bleed Size

  • Publication Trim Size— 7” x 10”
    • Full Page with 1/8” Bleeds: 7.25” x 10.25”
      • Full-page ads with bleeds must have at least 1/8” bleed allowance extending beyond trim size on all sides.
      • Live area for full-page ads with bleeds: 6.25” x 9.25” (keep all critical text and images within this live area)
    • Full Page, Non-Bleed: 6” x 9”
    • Half Page, Horizontal: 6” x 4.375”
    • Half Page, Vertical: 2.83” x 9”
    • Quarter Page, Vertical: 2.83”x 4.375”

Mobile App Specifications 

To receive the benefit of your ad appearing in the 2019 APM mobile app, please send your ad in a PDF-friendly format that does not exceed 10MB. The PDF should be 584 x 156 px at a minimum; larger ads should be sent in a jpg or png format. Page orientation does not matter if the ad is within the required specifications.


*Each package includes one standard exhibit booth and your choice of advertisement.
