External Functions
External functions are ancillary events held in conjunction with the 2021 Annual Program Meeting (APM). They include activities by exhibiting groups and other organizations and may be meetings, focus groups, or social functions. Any commercial or nonprofit organization that wishes to hold a function of any size or nature at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort from November 4–7, 2021, must complete the online form.

Scheduling Guidelines
APM operational policies allow external functions to be scheduled only during times that do not conflict with official APM programming, exhibits, or events. Please read the CSWE Statement on Conference Safety and Inclusiveness for more information about the conference.
- All requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis until the space is full.
- CSWE cannot guarantee a meeting room or particular date, time, or location for a request that is submitted.
- You must submit first and second choices for two dates. The system will not process the request if the dates selected are the same.
CSWE will attempt to schedule your event as requested; however, the number of events that can be scheduled may be fewer than in previous years. Extensive changes to meeting room setups, labor, food and beverage, entertainment, and audio-visual equipment incur extra charges to the organization requesting space.
