Health and Safety Information
Updated October 18, 2021
CSWE looks forward to hosting the 67th Annual Program Meeting, November 4-7, at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida.
The health and safety of our attendees are important to CSWE and we are working with exhibitors, sponsors, and the Swan and Dolphin Resort to create a safe and healthy environment. CSWE is following the best practices recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other measures that may exceed the basic requirements from Florida laws and regulations. Attendees can also read more about the Swan and Dolphin safety and health measures.

Having trouble with Health Pass? Reach out to the CLEAR team by tapping “get in touch” on the mobile app or calling 1-855-CLEARME (253-2763). With CLEAR, you are always in control of your information. CSWE only receives confirmation that a guest satisfied the requirements for access with the equivalent of a red, amber, or green result — and never has access to an individual’s private health data through CLEAR. For further information on how CLEAR protects user data see the member terms here.
Attendees are Required to be Vaccinated
CSWE will require attendees to show proof of vaccination for COVID-19 prior to entering APM using the CLEAR App. Vaccination is defined as having either two doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, or an equivalent vaccination approved in other countries. Attendees who are unable to be vaccinated may provide a negative COVID-19 test result using either of the following tests with a valid and matching photo ID.
- Proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR, RT-LAMP, or TMA test taken, at most, 72 hours before arrival.
- Proof of a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken, at most, 24 hours before arrival.
Masks Will Be Required
Masks will be required at all times during APM. Exceptions will be made for those actively eating or drinking, or presenters who are at least 6 feet away from other attendees and need to remove their masks to speak clearly.
Social Distancing
CSWE will provide signage and guidance on safe social distancing during APM. Hallways in the exhibit hall have been expanded to accommodate social distancing measures.
Attendee Acknowledgments and Agreements
CSWE asks that attendees commit to following measures during APM. While CSWE will do all it can to mitigate health and safety risks for attendees, a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists at any event. By attending APM, you acknowledge this inherent risk and, as a condition of entering APM, you acknowledge and agree to the following measures at APM. You also acknowledge that these measures may be updated to reflect state and federal health and safety guidance.
- Attendees agree to show proof of vaccination by the time they attend APM.
- Attendees agree to face masks and practice social distancing at APM to the extent possible with certain exceptions.
- Attendees will abide by health and safety guidelines provided by CSWE and the Swan and Dolphin Resort.
