This Track brings social, cultural, political, and inclusion issues into the framework of social work education and practice. Presentations cover a broad-based spectrum of disability issues, with special emphasis on (1) curriculum issues about social work practice with persons with disabilities; (2) procedures for supporting full participation of students and faculty with disabilities in educational environments; and (3) new programs and services that improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities, and the implications of these programs and services for social work educators and practitioners.
