APM 2020
Our doctoral and master’s fellows participated in this year’s virtual APM with training events incorporated into the conference program. The MFP’s marquee event this year was an interdisciplinary behavioral health panel to discuss the points raised in Ibram X. Kendi’s keynote. MFP doctoral and master’s fellows were joined by IMFP fellows from social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, nursing, counseling, and addictions counseling for small group discussions sparked by our panelists Shinichi Daimyo, Jonathan Yellowhair, and Crystal Hayes (MFP doctoral ’20).
Even though we could not gather in person, thanks to the sponsorship support from the social work programs at Boston College, Case Western Reserve University, Fordham University, and Rutgers University, the MFP sent snack boxes to our doctoral and master’s fellows. Make sure to follow @cswemfp on Twitter, where you can see our #FeedtheFellows campaign to thank this year’s sponsors!
