Sponsorships at the CSWE Annual Conference (CAC) give your organization heightened visibility and demonstrate your support for specific CAC programming or events. Badge Lanyards —$6,500 (sole sponsorship) (Pending)
Everyone at CAC will be wearing your brand with the badge lanyard sponsorship—badges are required and each CAC participant will receive a lanyard with your logo.

Sponsor one (or more!) weekly countdown e-mails sent to 2025 CAC registrants and CSWE members. Each e-mail will feature news, updates, and important information to prepare registrants for CAC. In 2024, these emails averaged a 26% open rate and 8% click rate!

The CAC mobile app enables CAC participants and exhibitors to receive on-demand and up-to-date information during the meeting. Your logo will be on 2,700+ CAC participants’ mobile devices as they check the app for the Exhibit Floor map, schedule of events, session room numbers, and more.

Flat screen monitors displaying a live, dynamic slide show of all the CAC action will be placed in high-traffic areas throughout the conference.
